Where the rainbow ends there is a pot of gold waiting for you.

College ended amazingly fast...sad case, sad case....March intake students have a relatively short period of time to study but also a short period of time to experience many things in the space of 8 months....And I ask God....why good things always come to an end???AIYAHH!! How was your educational experience in college or maybe at school or some other institutions? How was your class?I don't know much about yours but I do know much about mine....and I'll tell you mine:

*all of a sudden...the mood gets a little bit emo here and there......damn*......
*plays the "Graduation" song by Vitamin C*.......
*reminisce about the good old times......*

TADA!! Here are the almost- entire class members of E3 2008 with our beloved English lecturer, Mrs. Banu. I don't understand much about him but Ying Hao always seem anti-social and never talks to us...even in taking pictures, he cares more about the cleanliness of his fingers....thats why we call him...."The Silencer" ---(the first boy from the left)
As much as most of us sleep in his class and seldom pay much attention to his life theories, we still have a soft spot for Mr.Chin...our dearest mentor and Maths lecturer. For the record, I'm currently the recordholder for being caught the most times sleeping during his classes. I think I tie with Ferng Lin, not too sure.
Now now...we have the smartest lecturer in our class, Mr. Lee our spec maths lecturer. There's always an aura when he enters the class, especially after examinations and common tests. Until now I can still remember how many people pass his common test 1 and common test 2. For common test 1, only 13 people passed. For common test 2, 15 people passed.....He uses the weirdest of examples to explain the hardest of maths applications. Btw, Ming Zu after being carried by the guys, got Aruba-ed after that...I'll explain what is that to you later.
The most patient lecturer ever, Mr John..our physics lecturer. He was a process engineer before ending up teaching Physics. According to him, he loves teaching because he loves dealing with young people....Well, not the Michael Jackson's version of love for the young. He gives me respect too, the class will always remember...."When people ask you who is your class rep, you can't just tell them your class rep is class rep, you must mention his name!"---This is an amazing analogy to explain the theory of Centripetal Force.
When it's serious time...it's serious time..We all study....we study really hard.
Whether you are at the back or at the front, diligence is the defining attitude of my class.
And when it's time to rest...we rest together, all for one and one for all.
OOPS! Got caught during sleeping? Some lecturers love being young, according to Mr.Chin..putting on that eccentric Hawaiian collar t-shirt every Friday reminds him that the weekend should be a time of sheer delight and a jump back into youth's fountain.
We implement the spirit of unity very well, we believe that race is not an issue. Black, white, orange, beige..we all mix well....We are the epitome of Rojakness whereby the flavours mix with a specified but "joyful" chemistry. But then, some guys like Wei Shern doesn't give a shit about unity but prefers playing with his mobile phone...Sigh..the dilemma of technology, now I feel for the old men...
We blend really well, we form a really close bond and sometimes inseparable. Sometimes, too close a bonding can cause disoriented sexual affection. It can be perceived here that Dhillep is trying his best to pinch my nipple by first laying his finger on it.
Inter-racial unity or intra-racial unity...whatever it is, we abide to the spirit of unity...affection, no affection...freedom is priority here. We acknowledge Gay Rights.....we believe in Utilitarianism.."the greatest good is for the greatest number of people"
We are proud to voice our opinions...two-some, threesome, foursome..you name it, we can arrange it.
We don't wanna hide our feelings and fade away from the society, the future is ours to shape it. With a huge sense of determination, we do believe strongly in Gay Rights...
Except me, I'm the odd man out..Leave me out at the door and from the revolution.
A strong community must possess sheer qualities of "I help you, you help me" and portray personalities which reflect on absolute unity. Therefore, every now and then...we have communal meal times...the good, the bad and the ugly...we solve things diplomatically.
How close is the community depends on how well you communicate. A single jar of tea can quench the thirst of tens and hundreds of people if you know how to pour it in each glass or cup. In our context....we take a seep on everyone's saliva..that is brotherhood with a zest of some sisterhood also...That is communal love.
And there's no such thing as..."I don't care about you and you don't love me anymore"
When someone needs help, we offer him or her a hand...we never leave anyone out....we take good care of each other. If someone is in dire need of a classified or specified attention, we will attend to him or her...We live to help each other....we don't believe in serving.
And when we commit ourselves to assisting each other to produce a more than ordinary and extraordinary community, we are actually painting smiles on everyone's faces. Everyone is happy. You don't believe in that? Well, Wei Loong does, with all of his heart and soul.
Then again, sometimes we tend to isolate each other...we argue...we disagree...we hate and we dislike...Sometimes, other people feel insulted and at the same time, some are sadistic, love laughing at people's misery...I know..it's cold...but we are human...we give in to our nature.
But we are never afraid to express ourselves. Not feeling happy?Dissatisfied?Discontent?Just let it all out...Scream! Shout! There is always someone out there in the class to attend to your anger and trying his or her best to return happiness back into your heart. May it be physically, emotionally, mentally or even ermm....sexually...we do our best to return the best things back into your life when you are down in the valley of sadness and sorrow.
When it's time to sit for examinations. we get serious...we have reasons to lay our eyes on the necessary books and we also have the necessary fingers to scratch our head to fend off exam frustrations.
And when I say....serious...I mean it's really serious.
However....we do have our distractions...feeling bored and wanting to play mobile games or sending out random messages are some of the things we do to cure boredom. Nonetheless, we are still serious in getting the best grades. We tend to get so distracted at times....Personally, sometimes I feel like breaking the rules and just release myself from all these tension...Maybe do something stupid....

"HOH!!...You don't ar....young man!..." "We are watching YOU!!"...Those sounds...echo from around the class. That is what makes us tick....we encourage each other to study harder....we love giving advises..we love to....pretend.....to study.
Yes...those times..We feel it. We feel bored sometimes while waiting for our lecturers. But what's your plan? It's just waiting for like 5 to 10 minutes....why don't we just study?
It took 5-10 minutes for Hiroshima and Nagasaki to be completely wiped out by two American atomic bombs in 1945. Therefore, in the space of that period of time, we devised a game we proudly call it...ARUBA. It is a game of a single victim and various predators whereby we hold the hands and legs of the victim while we have the victim's legs wide open like a Y-Factor. The we apply the Law of Conservation Momentum to bang the victim's groin on a pole or a corner. The problem is that....momentum is not conserved even when the victim's groin collide with a solid pole.
When it's the end of examinations...we get clueless...maybe it was too stressful but we just lose directions.
We spend hours and hours to discuss what to do or how to de-stress ourselves....sometimes into no avail.
And we wait...and we wait.....we stone and petrify ourselves in the middle of a crowd...
Therefore...we wait for PROM! It was at prom when I start to notice that Sueflyn is not really a tomboy and that she likes the colour pink also....As cliche as it sounds....it does take time to realize a person's personality...Hence, in our community....we are still very much trying our best to fully understand each other.
Every community has a person who stands out prominently among the rest. In a Chinese-infested community, surprisingly it is a Malay who stands out among the rest. We are so proud to have Heikal as one of our classmates. He is eccentric, you can't find him anywhere because............................I don't wanna say.....ISA will find me and him.....
Every generation has a great thinker...every brotherhood has a wanker....every class has someone who is smarter than every other...but not every class who has a genius (Not joking, could very well be straight A20) who is willing to explore different things in life. Can you imagine Bill Gates in a night club? Now I can start to imagine....
25 students from my class take up Chemistry. Pn. Mahani is our Chemistry lecturer.
I don't know what to say about this lady.

And there you have it....just about almost everything I can tell you about my college experience.
8 months of sheer stress...8 months of taxing weeks...8 months of dressing casually to an educational institution.....truly...8 months of joy. I would like to...:

1) Thank the college for the giving me the opportunity to study SAM starting way back in March
(because my parents paid for it and all I need was 5 C's)

2) Thank my mentor and my lecturers for their uncompromising attitude of teaching and their
dedication towards their job. (sorry to Mr. Chin for sleeping all the time though I only sit 1
foot away from him)

3) Thank my classmates for choosing me as the mentor.(though I didn't tell you all the real
reason was that I'm a power greedy person :D )

4) Thank all my college friends who aren't my classmates for the extra-extra fun ECA
experience. From Pre-Medical Society, World AIDS Day, Agathian's Shelter charity home
visit, SAM Idol, Taylor's Talent Arena, Taylor's Charity Drive, Debate Competition and
Prom Night! (It was more than what I did in the space of 5 years in secondary school)

5) Thank Chiun Xin for being my ASS rep, Alicia for keeping all the money, Sueflyn for being the
2nd girl and last girl to enter the class, thank Dhillep and Tanes (thanks for being my lab
partner, sometimes I take you awfully for granted...sigh..) for being Indians of the class,
Heikal for being Malay, Wei Loong for being the tallest person in college, Wei Jian for his
time to talk about Physics and Friday Night Movie with me, Ferng Lin for capturing the class' best moments, Theng Fei for being so patient sitting next to me, Weng Howe for always
organizing events to fend off college stress,Zhen Jiang for selling his prom ticket to me on the
last day of college, Hui Yon for his undying desire of spreading Christianity, Tze Herng for his
house to BBQ, Yee Khang for trying to establish a Japanese cult amongst the classmates,
Leslie for swearing so much but yet respects Hui Yon, Victor for stalling Mrs. Banu's time by
arriving late every morning, Woei Jye for making the class laugh with his broken English, Chai
Yang for letting me to finish his food every break time, Gary for being Pn. Mahani's best
Chemistry student and even beating all of her January students, Wei Shern for constantly
reminding me that sometimes my shirts are too tight, Chao Lin for being one of the most
talented pianist in the college yet humble about it, Kai Jun for shaving his mustache after
Trials, Yong Sheng for trying his best to communicate with me in English though I'm a
banana, Jie Hao for helping me to photocopy relevant studying materials, Kah Yoong for
constantly reminding me about the hottest chicks in college (though I do not have the same
taste), Ming Zu for trying his best to quit smoking, Zhi Gang for telling me that money can
buy everything and must always be thrifty, and finally Ying Hao for causing all of us to give
the nickname, "The Silencer".

Thanks for the memories guys.....you will always be in my heart....dup..dup..dup..
